About Us

The company Panství Bechyně was established in 1993 on the property of the former estates of Bechyně and Opařany in South Bohemia. These lands, forests, ponds, and properties were returned through restitution after the revolution and currently belong to a company based in Liechtenstein. Panství Bechyně spans an area of 4,942 hectares of owned forest land, 260 hectares of forests leased from the village of Sudoměřice, 282 hectares of ponds, the Bechyně Castle complex, and other properties in the Bechyně area, all managed by the Czech subsidiary Panství Bechyně s.r.o.

Game meat sale

We now offer game meat from the hunting grounds of Panství Bechyně not only to restaurants but also to private individuals. The offered game is always inspected by a trained person, and wild boar meat is tested for trichinosis.

Current offer:

  • Roe deer... 150 CZK/kg including VAT
  • Wild boar... 70 CZK/kg including VAT

The price is always per kilogram of game meat after processing (net weight).
